Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Regardless of where you live, we offer all Customers a contractual 30-day money-back guarantee on the Course, running from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will refund your payment(s) made so far, provided:
- the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date;
- you have made a genuine attempt to engage with the Course material (we may ask what you have tried).
If you are on the installment plan, a successful refund request also cancels any remaining future installments.
2. Statutory Withdrawal Right for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in your country of residence.
2.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e., the day of purchase).
2.2 Exercising the Right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 5, but this is not mandatory.
2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Loss of the Statutory Withdrawal Right for Digital Content
Under Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (implemented in Germany at Section 356(5) BGB), the 14-day statutory withdrawal right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once:
- we have begun performance (i.e., granted you access to the Course); and
- you have expressly consented to immediate access before the withdrawal period ends; and
- you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout, we ask EU customers to expressly confirm both points above via a mandatory checkbox before completing the purchase. If you provide this confirmation, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once you are given access to the Course. This does not affect the separate 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 1, which we grant to all customers contractually regardless of this waiver.
4. Refunds on Installment Payments
Whether a refund is made under the statutory withdrawal right (Section 2) or under our 30-day guarantee (Section 1), if you are on the 6-month installment plan, any installments already paid will be refunded, and no further installments will be charged, once the refund is confirmed.
