- Advertising identifiers and browsing behavior collected via the Google Ads tracking pixel and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tracking pixel

- To provide and deliver the Course, coaching, and community access — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

- To book and conduct the strategy call via Zoom — performance of a contract / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR)

- To process payments and comply with accounting/tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

- To send you marketing emails about the Course — your consent or our legitimate interest in existing customer relationships (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR); you can unsubscribe at any time

- To run and measure advertising campaigns via the Google and Meta pixels — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via our cookie/tracking consent banner

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We use the following service providers ("processors") to operate our business. Each processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, where applicable:

- Course Creator 360 — course hosting, email communication, payment processing, and community hosting

- Zoom Video Communications, Inc. — hosting the strategy call and coaching sessions

- Google LLC (Google Ads) — advertising and conversion tracking pixel

- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and conversion tracking pixel

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of the providers listed above (including Zoom, Google, and Meta) are based in or process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under an applicable data transfer framework. 6. Cookies and Tracking Pixels

Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for checkout functionality) are used without requiring consent. The Google Ads pixel and Meta pixel, which track advertising performance and may set advertising identifiers, are only activated after you give consent via our cookie banner. We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Course and coaching, plus any additional period required by law (e.g. German tax and commercial retention periods of up to 10 years for invoicing data).
